Once Upon a Vine, LLC was created by Pat Bassett and Lori Stover in 2018. We believe that the craft wine and beer drinking communities of Hernando and surrounding counties in Florida making their own craft wine, beer, hard cider, and hard seltzer that is not only pleasing, but contains less sulfates and costs much less than store bought wines and craft beers. We offer craft wine and beer making instruction and assistance in our store front as well as offering retail sales of wine making supplies to those who would like to make their wine at home.
